Ortley Beach, NJ is a small community, less than a square mile, bordered by Lavallette and Seaside Heights. It is centrally located within easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping to the North in Lavallette and Seaside Heights’ boardwalk attractions/festivities to the South. You can also walk to the public docks, private marinas and numerous parks along the Barnegat Bay.
Our bright, spacious and 2014-constructed single-family home offers all the amenities of a year-round, luxury-retreat vacation home. This centrally air-conditioned, and heated, 3-bedroom / 3-bath home sleeps 8 and features modern, open-concept living with a fully-equipped kitchen that includes high-end, stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of room for family-style meals and entertaining. The dining area provides seating for 10. The adjacent living space includes a large, flat-screen SMART TV equipped with FIOS Wi-Fi, providing access to the internet on multiple screens, as well as a Blue-Ray DVD player.
Separate, first-floor TV room includes a pull-out Queen sleeper with large, flat-screen SMART TV. Other amenities include laundry room, private outdoor shower, Weber Genesis grill and outdoor seating perfect for entertaining a large family. Or, enjoy a private moment on the 2nd-floor balcony.
Rental includes front-of-home parking for 6 cars, cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware. Linens and towels are the renter’s responsibility.
Our beach house is SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE. Renters must be a minimum of 30 years of age or older.

The Renter must sign a renter's agreement.
He/she must maintain the house in its pristine condition during the entire length of the Agreement and shall neither cause nor allow any abuse of the facilities therein.
The Renter shall inform the Owner of any condition that may cause damage to the House. Upon the expiration of this Agreement, the Renter shall redeliver the property, amenities, furniture, appliances and any other applicable aspects of the House, in as good condition as at the commencement of the Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, the Renter is responsible for the property and actions of his/her guests.
