Thank you Carlos for taking the time to leave a feedback. I welcome non positive reviews as an opportunity to imporve my future guest's experience, but in your case I wish you had expressed some substantial advise or communicated directly with me during your stay. It's a priority for me to have people staying with me, at my home, feel welcomed and attended. I feel privileged to live in the very beating heart of an amazing city I love, and I adore sharing this privilege with people I welcome in my home. I don't recall you asking me for any recommendation.
For the benefit of my future guests, I shall rectify your observation regarding the metro:
- The is no metro running UNDERNEATH my building, but for sure La Rambla is very well served by the efficient, safe and affordable public transportation offered by the city of Barcelona, which is usually really appreciated by my visitors as an actual convenience. From my place there is easy access to buses, two metro lines, cabs and plenty of services dedicated to tourists' specific needs.
Even if you joined the AirBnB community in 2013, you have yet to receive a single good review. I am assuming you don't use this amazing service adequately enough, and I hope the "very bad experience" you just had does not prevent you for using AirBnB in the future and built a solid reputation as a respectful guest.
