Welcome to Boulder! Haven is a separate building on the property that has it's own bath room, kitchenette, w&d, private back patio and hot tub. The bed is a very comfortable king latex and there is long couch that can sleep an adult. We are in a semi rural neighborhood on a bike route that connects to all bike trails and we are only 10 minutes from downtown by car. Come and enjoy all of the animal sounds such as roosters, horses, birds and the occasional distant coyote!!
Haven was once a pottery studio on the property we have converted for an airbnb. It is a studio with lots of light and privacy that has separate living, kitchen and sleeping areas.
I provide you with plenty of organic breakfast foods and will accommodate any special diets if you text me your preferences. There are lots of brochures I leave about local hikes and events.
We call the guest house Haven which has it's own entrance and patio, with a hot tub for your enjoyment. On the property there is off street parking, a garden you can pick from in season, private hot tub, private patio, a fire pit, and grill you are welcome to use. I will give you specific directions the day before you arrive and the guest house will be open with the key inside.
If you would like, I can sit down with you when you arrive and give you maps and recommendations. I will generally be around if you have questions, otherwise the space is all yours. I have a found object art wall so bring something (old or found) to add so we can remember you!!
We do not permit other dogs, so sorry! Our little Morkie, Oliver, likes his territory and we don't want too much confusion in his life.
I have a small dog Oliver that needs to stay inside property so we ask that fence gates are closed. Smoking is only permitted outside on the patios.

I am an artist, house flipper, and artist. My two amazing daughters are grown and living in different states so it's just Michael and myself at home with Oliver, our dog. Michael is a bike rider, gardener, and an Environmental Engineer teaching at CU. I love to cook and have found great joy in growing our own fruits and vegetables in our garden. My passion is traveling and learning about different cultures so I'm always excited about meeting our new guests.
