Please be informed that this negative review is due to one major fact: the guest booked an apartment without informing us that a family member had problems with walking distances and hills. This information is important and had we known about it beforehand, we would have informed her of the location. During her stay we were blackmailed by the guest stating that providing a free cleaning “might help to avoid a bad review”. This sort of threat goes against the Airbnb guidelines, especially as we have solved all the mentioned issues as soon as we were notified by the guest. With regards to the check out time, we arrived at the agreed upon time, but as a favour we left the guest inside the unit for as long as they needed it, and we absolutely did not kick anybody out of the property.
As you can imagine, in light of all that transpired during the her stay, we will not be inviting Guzel back to our properties.
