You'll have total privacy in your fully self contained apartment. The entrance is off the private lane along the north side of the house. My husband and I are on site and can be available if you need us. We're happy to recommend places in the neighbourhood or the city in general. Just ask!
We have a toddler and do our best to keep noise to a minimum and ask that everyone else does the same. However we do live in an older, semi-detached home in a densely populated downtown neighbourhood which means that occasionally you may hear sirens, streetcars, or the muffled footsteps and voices of your neighbours. If you're the type of person that needs absolute guaranteed quiet to have a good nights rest you may want to bring a pair of earplugs just in case!
For the comfort of all the guests and tenants in the home (and the baby) we ask that you don't smoke on the property, and please be aware that sound sometimes travels through the house.
Hi, thanks for checking out our space. In case you're wondering my name is pronounced Nye-oh. My parents are from New Zealand so they gave me a good Maori name to remember our roots by.
My husband and I moved into the Dundas West neighbourhood in 2012 and we love it! The area is constantly evolving and the convenience factor can't be beat.
We have an elderly dog and a 1 year old daughter. Both are very friendly!
Wilson and I are avid Airbnb users when we travel and want to share that experience with others so decided to turn our downstairs apartment into an Airbnb rental.
We are happy to answer any questions that you might have about the space or the neighbourhood.
Good luck with your Airbnb search and hope to meet you soon.
