The MIL unit has it’s own separate driveway, parking and entrance. It has a very spacious backyard with trees and lawn. The property is located close to grocery markets and shopping centers (approximately 5-10 mins drive) and 10-15 mins drive to downtown Anchorage and 8 mins drive to ANC International Airport.

The guest suite can accommodate two people. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and we can set up a floor mattress in the living room, should you need it. It has a full kitchen, full bathroom with heated flooring, and ample storage/closets.

We also have a fast Wifi internet connection. Wifi log-in info will be listed inside the unit. The TV is already connected to wifi and equipped with Amazon fire stick. Guests will have access to Netflix, Disney +, and Amazon Prime Videos.

No pets allowed.

Strictly NO smoking/vaping or any drugs allowed (including cannabis) in the property.
