This is the living room area. Feel free to peruse the books and read on the super comfy couch. Here's a view of the apartment from the doorway. It's cozy and spacious at the same time. To the right is a desk and the closet and bathroom are behind it.

Located in the heart of downtown in the arts district, my bright studio apt provides the comforts of home with access to all things Phoenix. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants/bars, shopping, sports facilities, & the light rail. Perfect for Pro Bowl!

We were in Phoenix for Super Bowl 49, and decided to rent Kim's Casa for the weekend. It was perfect for the two of us! It was super close to downtown Phoenix, and within walking distance of some great restaurants and bars. It was literally a 10 minute walk to the Convention Center. Her studio apartment is in the middle of a funky arts area in Phoenix. Kim was super easy to get a hold of, there was an issue with our flight from Seattle to Phoenix and we ended up getting in really late, but it was easy to keep in contact with her! Her place was neat and tidy. It looked like she had put effort into making this a nice place to stay for us, and it that was a really nice touch and very comforting for us being out-of-towners! Would highly recommend if you need a studio apartment for two people to stay at in downtown Phoenix!

I'm a young professional who is passionate about travel, play, and the arts. I grew up in Salt Lake and spent some time in Pittsburgh before coming to Arizona. I live in downtown Phoenix in the arts district and spend my spare time going on day trips to hike or camp, trying out new restaurants, or just hanging around the house with a good movie or book.

I love the area and have become a sort of unofficial tour guide. I used to own an art gallery around the corner and served on the board of our neighborhood community organization for years so I know the neighborhood and people well. Half of the businesses and restaurants in the neighborhood joke that I should be an employee given all the time I hang around.

My awesome little studio apartment is within walking distance of pretty much everything I do: work, art galleries, bars and restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The light rail (a 5 min walk) can get me most anywhere else so I hardly ever have to use my car.

Travel is one of my passions and I'm constantly planning about my next trip (don't tell my boss, but I'm at work right now!) I haven't been out of the country much since my five month around the world trip when I was an undergrad besides a few jaunts to Mexico and Canada, but I love to leave my home base for adventures at any distance. Joshua Tree in California, Southern Utah, NYC, and the historic neighborhood of Benson in Omaha, NE (where one of my brother's lives) are some of my national favorites. I'm dying to go back to Europe and Asia, but I'm trying to exercise some patience until I'm able to go again.
