Super great price on a very simple room in a shared house with professionals. The house is an older 1950 home with a basic remodel, new kitchen floors and appliance upgrades, and plenty of kitchen and living space.

I have been renting rooms for many years, after buying my first home in college. I have created an excellent model for travelers or those that just need a temporary place to live without having to break the bank in the DC housing market. Although I do not want to be the cheapest place out there by any means, the model provides great rates in a really nice setting so you don't have to deal with a hotel or long term lease. I am an international traveler myself, and provide these opportunities in several stays- so please do not hold expectations that I must be present for your stay. I use modern security systems and code lock systems for easy self-check in for the guests. Airbnb is to be contacted if there is any difficulty checking in.
