Welcome to my beautiful one-story home built in 2011, just recently renovated and newly furnished!

Enjoy 3 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms in a Quiet, Safe Neighborhood in wonderful Katy city, close to Parks, Katy Outlet malls, and great highway access! Energy corridor is about 10mi away (15-20mins)



Fantastic 1 story open floor plan. Large living room great for entertaining. This house features a kitchen with breakfast bar and a bright open breakfast area featuring bay windows. Formal dinning. Master bedroom full of light with huge bath. Two other separate bedrooms. 2-car garage.

Property was built 2011 and was completely re-floored with laminate (no carpet) and fresh paint throughout. Nice backyard, fully fenced. Great growing subdivision, conveniently located. Famous Katy schools district.

The 3 bedrooms have bed-space for 5 people. Additional guests can use two Queen-size air beds with built-in pumps provided. Floor fans for comfort.

All amenities W/D, Dishwasher, oven, fridge, small and large appliances included. Fully functioning home with no need for you to purchase anything. Brand new furniture and linen. Internet (Wifi) and basic cable provided.

All utilities included. This is the first time this house will be leased out after the renovation, and it feels and smells like new.

LOCATION! 15-20 minutes from energy corridor (please note that this is highly dependent on traffic). You are about 1 mile away from highway TX-99 which connects to I-10.

We were in Zubair's house when we got hit by the storm Harvey. Zubair was always checking in and making sure we were safe in the house. The place has lots of room and it is very comfortable. Very close to Walmart, Kroger and the highways. Internet speed and connection quality are great. I would stay there again when I return to Houston

We were very happy with our accommodations. The place was very clean, safe and quiet neighborhood, and good location for us. Would be happy to stay there again.

Great place, everything was perfect except the location. The house is not even close to Energy Corridor as the listing title suggests, at least 40 minutes away in Katy.

This was a great stay. We stayed here while our house was being renovated. Location really is great, right by 10 and 99. It was very clean, quiet and well appointed. Host was very responsive in helping us extend our stay. (People usually don't extent their stay unless they are happy.) Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Great place to stay. Super easy check in. Super clean and the beds are really comfortable. Has all the amenities except a hair dryer so ladies you will need to pack that. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Middle class family subdivision. I would stay here again.

This was only our 2nd ABnB experience and it was excellent. Super fast communications with Zubair who provided everything we needed to get in upon our arrival at our leisure. Very comfy memory foam mattresses. The house was spotless and exactly as pictured. It's in a quiet subdivision that feels safe. Several basic items are stocked in the house which was very convenient. Nice gas fireplace in the living room with an on/off switch makes it easy to operate. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend the property and manager, Zubair. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We work with a professional interior-designer who chooses everything from paint colors to furniture, accents and curtains. If there is ever a problem, we provide communication that is fast and efficient. For longer leases, I can provide references from previous tenants who have been more than happy.
