300 sq.feet duplex fully renovated located at the 3rd / 4th floors of a high-end building inside the walled city with sea view.

Free transfer from/to the station is available for arrivals / departures before 8 pm.

The two floors are linked by an alternating tread stairs which is not adapted to the elderly and / or people with reduced mobility.
Household linen is fully provided (bed sheets, towels).
A seagull (Hector) is also provided during your stay :-) Familiar with this building, it comes regularly to ask for bread on the window sill.
Isabelle, who manages the arrival / departure of our guests, will be delighted to give advice regarding what to visit in St Malo and its outskirts.
During low season, minimum stay is 3 nights for reservations outside week-ends (from Sunday to Thursday).
An Airbnb rental is not a hotel room, and concierge services 24h / 24 cannot be offered to our guests. In order to ensure maximum flexibility to you, we kindly ask you :
- to contact the property managers at least 72 hours before your stay to fix the hour of arrival. We cannot guarantee full flexibility otherwise ;
- to respect the appointment schedule, and let the property managers know as early as possible of any delays. In case of significant delay, property managers might fix another meeting time at their convenience.
The household must be done before the departure (sheets removed, dishes done, hob and oven cleaned, bins emptied and fridge, sanitary and soils cleaned).
A security deposit of 20 € for the household is requested at each stay .
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is located in a very quiet building. We kindly ask you to respect the tranquility of the inhabitants of the building for the duration of your stay, especially when you take the stairwell. For the same reason arrivals after 10 pm are not accepted.
