Entrance space is big open one, at right is the living room and a winter balcony, and at left open kitchen with counter / bar style, and it`s open balcony. The open area without the kitchen or the balconies is about 38 squared meters.

The Master Bedroom, reached through a lobby, which distribute for the room it self, or another room made as a full walking closet room, or a full bathroom. The master bedroom has it`s own open balcony viewing the frontal side of the building. The master bedroom has a king size double bed, 2 side units of drawers, and a full dresser unit.
Another bedroom can accessed by another lobby, nearer to the living space, and had right next to it another full bathroom. This bedroom have 2 single beds.
* All rooms have area of nearly 16 square meters (172 square foot)
* There is a couch/sofa which can be converted to another bed size 1.5, & there is a mattress.
* The full walking Closet Room, can be converted to a third bedroom.

3 Balconies
Balcony no.1 is glazed (winter Balcony) attached to the Living Room, Balcony no.2 is open attached to the Kitchen, Balcony no.3 is open attached to the Master Bedroom.

The apartment is located in a low-rise building (4 floors). Quite and SECURE Neighborhood. Few minutes from city-center by car, and in 50 meters there is a taxi stop.

1. This advertisement is to let the whole apartment.
2. Long term rental option is available, in such a case other rules can be discussed and modified (see below).
Before / at check in:
3. A contract shall be signed, referring to the reservation made through Airbnb. A copy/a scan of documents for all guests shall be provided.
4. Guest accepts the apartment in its excellent current state of cleanliness and order, and agrees to return it in a like condition.
5. We provide no shampoos, paper tissues or toilet paper or towels, or any such stuff, nor food or drinks. But there are various supermarkets at a walking distance, cafes and restaurants, dry-clean, pharmacy, taxi and other services, all on a walking distance.
6. No additional guests than reserved are allowed without requesting and gaining approval before. It's prohibited to rent the apartment or any part of it. It's prohibited to make any modification or variation in the apartment, its items or services. Smoking is allowed for legal tobaccos in open balconies only. Drugs are not permitted by law. No pets.
7. Noise: Not to cause or allow unnecessary noise especially during quiet time (10:00 pm to 8:00 am). No loud parties or loud gatherings.
8. Use utilities in a reasonable manner like water, gas and electricity. The use of energy (such as for space heating in winter) is limited to up to 3 hours per day, only in rooms in use, preferable at evening. If there is a need it shall be agreed on before use, since this utility is very costly.
9. All electrical devices / machines guest/s may bring, he/she shall inform and request approval before use, in order to prevent unnecessary problems.
10. Apartment Security and Personal Properties: Guest is totally responsible for doing the default security for the apartment, including his responsibility on his personal properties and belongings.
11. Guest is the only responsible for any harm may affect him/her /resident/s /guest/s and/or any other party, inside the apartment and/or in the building.
12. The telephone landline exist to have an internet connection. The rent does not include any other use of the telephone.
Utilities in Long Term rental:
* In long term rent (6 months or more), you can choose to handle the utilities and pay it all as is, then provide me with original receipts, OR to have it included in the price.
* The price published include utilities average, the utilities are Electricity, Water, Telephone (no calls), Internet WIFI, Gas & Taxes. Ask for price without utilities if you prefer.
* For long term rental, preference that guest handle all utilities by it`s real costs, and provide both original invoices and receipts to owner.

Ayman's flat is spacious and clean, with two balconies overlooking the valleys around Ramallah, the most beautiful views. Ayman's parents have been very nice and helpful, not only showing us around the flat but also the centre of town (which is easily reached via a regular bus-taxi service).
