4 rooms (3 six-person rooms and one 8-person room) with hostel-type accommodations overlooking San Sebastián street, home of the renowned San Sebastián street festival, offer the traveler a convenient base from which to explore Old San Juan and environs. Common areas include a fully-equipped kitchen, a wifi lounge and an open terrace to make your stay more convenient. Stroll along the cobble stones, walk or cycle to the beach, dance all night, savor our creole food and enjoy culture, art and music in a tropical and historic setting. Old San juan is the most charming and safest district in Puerto Rico. Check out as late as 2 pm. Life in old San juan is easy and carefree.
Guests will have access to Wifi, a communal kitchen, a sun deck, and lounge area.
Me or an assistant will be on the premises everyday making sure the place is tidy and making sure that your stay is an enjoyable one. We will guide you through the experience that old San juan is.
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays it may get a bit noisy since we are located on San Sebastián street above a very happening nite spot.. La Factoria..I have stayed in the hostel those nights and it is bearable, but if you are a light sleeper I suggest ear plugs. The experience and convenience of being in the center of old San juan is worth the visit. So enjoy!
