My split level, first floor, 3-bedroom apartment is right in the bustling centre of Cambridge, close to amenities and within walking distance of the main attractions in the city. It can comfortably accommodate 5, but there is a double sofa bed also.
There are 3 bedrooms-1 which occupies the whole of a very spacious loft and has a king-sized bed. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 small double-beds (so can be used as a twin room) and a single bed respectively. There are blackout curtains and blinds in the rooms. There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. This can accommodate another 2 guests. (Please note that the colour of linen may vary from that depicted in the photographs, depending on the rotation of bed linen.)
There is also a cot and a high chair available.
We have completed the installation of a new over-the-bath shower in the second bathroom so there is now the convenience of 2 showers in the apartment :)
Please note:-prices start from £95 or £105 per night (depending on season) for the apartment for 2 persons. For each additional person, there is a charge of £35 per night per person.

There is a security deposit of £300 for stays of 2 weeks & above.
I will try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, if at all possible if there is no check-out/check-in respectively on the same days. For earlier arrivals or later departures, there are secure luggage storage facilities available.
Free on-street public parking is available near the apartment, about a 10 min walk away. There is a loading/unloading area just below the apartment. Full specific details of all this will be sent, together with other useful information, after confirmation of your booking. It is usually not difficult to get parking spaces from about mid-afternoon onwards generally, the arrangement will be very suitable if you intended to either just park your car for the whole duration of your stay to explore the city-centre (as city-centre attractions are within walking distance of the apartment) or if you intended to leave by car for day trips out, as it will not be difficult to get a space when you arrived back towards the end of the day.
The flat is very well equipped with a modern spacious kitchen to do some light cooking. There is also a dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, toaster, kettle. Tea and coffee are provided. Towels are provided at no extra charge and will be changed weekly.
Please note:-depending on the number of guests, I may lock the bedrooms which are not in use.

As already described above, please note that the apartment is located just off a pedestrian-only shopping street in the city-centre. This provides an excellent location from which to explore the city centre & easy access to its surroundings, but also because of its location, noise from the street in the day is inevitable. Having said this, the windows are all double-glazed and rather sound-proof hence noise levels are significantly reduced to a comfortable level when the windows are closed.
The vast majority of guests have not found this to be a problem as evident from their positive reviews.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted but please refrain from doing so in the apartment itself. There is a balcony and also a courtyard at which to do so.
