Main upstairs queen bed room, shared bathroom and separate upstairs & downstairs toilets. Share the downstairs kitchen and living room, DVD, Netflix, stereo and wifi. Relax in the spacious alfresco patio backyard with Weber BBQ, outdoor lounges. Washing machine and iron facilities available. Limited visitor car parking bays in complex.
I'd be please to offer advice on where to go/what to do/how to get around whilst staying in Leederville/Perth, or leave you to it if you prefer to explore yourself! My folks and boyfriend also visit on occasion, and have also experienced much of WA so if you do meet at some point may give you their own ideas on places to go and things to see!
For those who may not be too firm on their feet - please note the bedroom is on the first floor, up a flight of carpeted stairs. Shower is over the bathtub so could be slippery to step in/out of.
Commerical TV is not available at this address, however Netflix/Apple TV/ streaming through wifi/DVD is available.

As this is a private room listing, we will be sharing the residence with you. Please respect our need for privacy and quiet enjoyment of our home, including spaces we share with you and our private spaces. Please observe the following: No outside guests; No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside; Light drinkers only please; No pets; Respect the neighbours - If using the courtyard in the evening keep noise to reasonable levels before 10pm and no noise after; Respect the neighbourhood - no anti-social behaviour tolerated; Respect the environment by switching off anything you are not using, such lights, fans and air-conditioners, and by being mindful of your water consumption; Tidy up after yourself; Do not use internet provided to download illegal pirated content such as movies and music, your reservation details will be passed onto the authorities should any piracy infringement notices be received. The cost of any damages to the property or contents during your stay will be deducted from your deposit. Whilst we'll try to make your stay as perfect as possible, we may not always anticipate your specific needs.
