The apartment is located within the fashionable, lively and developing location of the City of London, approximately two minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station, Spitalfield Market, Bishopsgate & Shoredich.
For bookings over 7 nights I offer complimentary tickets for a London sightseeing open bus tour along with river cruise and Jack the Ripper walking tour.
Spacious living room area with separate fully equipped kitchen and king-size bed in master bedroom with en suite bathroom or shower.


The apartment is very spacious and designed to fulfil all your needs . The space consist of one large double bedroom, a lounge with a sofa-bed, an open plan fully integrated kitchen and an bathroom. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings and the bathroom has a shower and tub. The flat will easily accommodate 3 guests, 2 in the double bedroom and 1 in an extra bed for a third person (depending on availability). Fresh bed linen and towels are supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always very clean and comes ready for you to use; we provide daily cleaning Monday – Friday for your comfort.


Guests will have full access to the apartment and to all facilities.


We deliver an excellent customer service and we want all our guests to have a truly memorable stay. If there is an issue which needs our attention we are always here to solve it. All members of the staff will be happy to assist you with anything needed as well as give you advice on places to visit. You can always book sightseeing tours at the reception.


Any special request could be met as long as it is requested in advance, subject to availability and payment.

In case of anti-social behaviour, or abuse to the staff, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund or redress.

Please note the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards upon arrival. The property has a strict non-party policy. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation from the management, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and the accommodation cost will not be refunded. Photo ID in the form of a passport or driving license is required at check-in. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that images are for illustrative purposes; the actual apartment may differ slightly from the photos. This property is in a fantastic location, central to the city and the tube, very easy to get to, with lots of great pubs and restaurants within a block or two, and a central train hub within 3 blocks. The staff was great, especially Pauline, who went out of her way to make our stay welcome. For example, she accommodated us on short notice for a 10 day stay, even though there were no apartments available for that long, by upgrading us to a bigger place for our last three nights at no extra charge. She also helped us with tours, discounts, and getting around the city. Any issues we mentioned were promptly addressed. I really want to give this review 5 stars, because the staff tries really hard. Unfortunately, if it weren't for that, it would be three stars.... one extra star, for 4 out of 5, thanks to the staff. The building is quite old. The new management is probably struggling to get everything repaired and balance that with limited profits, because the pricing for the apartment is very reasonable. Our first apartment was a one-bedroom, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with full kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms, towels, etc. However, the laundry doesn't work well, and the plumbing is really bad. Clean water, of course, but the toilet was very hard to flush, and when you do and run the water at the same time, there is a loud knocking as air goes through the lines. I imagine this is expensive to repair, which is why it still exists. Avoid this particular apartment, 8B, and you'll probably be fine. Our upgraded apartment, 10B, was much, much nicer. Newer floors, more decorations, aesthetically more comfortable, and no plumbing issues. However, the shower head had a leak that sprayed everywhere and again the washer/dryer didn't work well, nor did the stove. Also, the windows were bigger, which is nice, but the street below was next to a restaurant and at 1am they filled up their 10 garbage bins with loud stuff like bottles, and at 6am the garbage trucks were there, so not much sleep. None of this is a big deal really, it was a really big apartment for the price and location, the location was terrific, we had a nice sized refrigerator and could cook somewhat and were generally happy there. We would stay at this building again, if we can work with the staff to get an "upgraded" apartment with no issues, and on the inside windows so it's quieter. You really can't beat the price at this location, and it's comfortable and clean, with a great 24-hour staff. If you like this area (Spitalfields, Brick Lane, Aldgate, Liverpool, Tower Bridge, etc.), and want to be in the city with great stuff around you, and easy access ANYWHERE due to the very well connected Liverpool St Station, you cannot beat the price for what you get here. The City of London is rich in history and cultural diversity, being only seven miles from London City Airport and walking distance to some of the most famous tourist attractions such as the Tower of London, London Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral and Old Spitalfields market.

The property is ideally situated and is close proximity to the Capital’s financial institutions, including the Bank of England, Lloyds of London, The Stock Exchange and the numerous banks and businesses within the “square mile.” The London Underground, buses and taxis provide quick and easy access to the many interesting and historic sites of the capital. Greenwich Market, the Royal Observatory and the Cutty Sark are also accessible via a Thames riverboat. Covent Garden and the Royal Opera House can also be reached by either bus or Underground.
