If you notice a condition at the property that might present a health or safety risk, or if a maintenance problem develops, you hereby agree to notify us immediately. Owner/Owner’s Representative reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the property with reasonable notice, with or without notice in an emergency or if
you cannot be reached.
Amenities that become damaged over the course of your stay may not always be repairable or replaceable within the
time available. We cannot guarantee the condition or availability of any particular item. Owner will not issue rent refunds for missing, damaged or inoperable items.
The unit is privately owned.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guest(s) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. People other than those in the Guest party set forth herein may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
If any amenities (including spool or other amenity) are available for your use, you take full responsibility and risk for their use. The Owner does not make any representation as to the soundness or safety of any such amenities. If anyone in your party (or anyone at the property with your consent) uses any amenity, with or without Owner’s permission, that action shall be construed as a statement of that individual’s competence to handle or utilize it, and the Owner shall be in no way be legally accountable for any damages or injury to any persons or property resulting from such use.
The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The Owner is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of/to your belongings/valuables while at the rented property (you may wish to check your Homeowner’s policy, and/or arrange for Traveler’s or Renter’s insurance
to cover them).
The Owner is not responsible for Acts of God, inclement weather conditions, water levels, power outages, or any exterior interruptions such as construction nearby, neighborhood activities, etc. - Refunds will not be issued for such.
You agree to indemnify and hold Owner harmless against any and all loss, claim or damage (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) that may arise from your possession or use of the entire premises, including, without limitation, any such amenities.
