Our place is close to RPI and is centrally located in suburban Troy. You’ll love it because of the views of Troy and Albany, a friendly dog, one misanthropic cat, great kitchen, comfy couches, and convenient access to RPI, Frear Park, downtown Troy, and Vermont. Our place is good for parents, families, researchers, and students visiting RPI, Troy visitors, road trippers, and skiers and hikers on their way to or from the Adirondacks or New England.

Our guest rooms are designed with your comfort in mind! Each room has a comfy queen bed, dresser, and closet. The dresser is full of goodies, such as books, coloring books, and snacks! The two bedrooms share a large full bath.

In addition to their rooms and bathroom, guests are welcome to access the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor as well as the washer and dryer in the basement.
