It is located in the centre of Town. It is about 6 mins to the Yuma Regional Hosp, 10 mins to Downtown Yuma and
Yuma international Airport.
We accept pets! ( small dogs only) max of 2 pets. Pet fee applies.

This condo lies in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s close to everything. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath townhouse. It has an en-suite master bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms with a 2nd toilet and bath. Kitchen has pots and pans with silverware. Coffee maker also available for your use.

It’s a single level house with 2-3 inch threshold to enter. Wifi, washer, dryer, community swimming pool about 200ft away from the house ( not heated, and can be closed sometimes subject to community rules) and additional cooling fan in each room for the warmer months.

Modern design with big closet available in the room. Garage is not accessible at this moment.

It is located in the centre of Town. It is approximately 30 mins by Car to Los Algodones and 15 mins to Yuma international Airport.

Enjoy your time in this peaceful area or head out for a hike or run in the Yuma Mountains or to one of the many restaurants close- by.

I moved to the Yuma area in 2018 and have loved living here for the last two years. There are so many different things to do in the Yuma area and quick travel to other places such as Tucson, Phoenix, San Diego, and Scottsdale between the parks, fine dining and close beaches!
