My house is a beautiful 'Pottery Barn Style' private home with incredible views of the ski slopes from the hot tub and within walking distance to everything. This house was remodeled in 2014 and has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Stunning views from the private hot tub!
In addition to being a beautiful home, this house is literally a block from Main Street which means you can walk to everything Breck has to offer...shops, restaurants, art galleries, ice rink, sledding hill at Carter Park...Breckenridge Brewery is a 3 minute walk! With the recent renovation this house boasts beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and all three bathrooms including a double master shower, slate entry ways, Australian cypress wood floors throughout the main level, new carpet in the bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, all brand new mattresses and Pottery Barn bedding! What makes this house so different from the others is the fact that it has 3 bedrooms on 3 different floors; each bedroom with it's own full bath as well as an additional den on the bottom floor. The house is located across from open space, so its perfect for the kids to play football, soccer or throw a frisbee...and this quaint neighborhood is the perfect place for your little ones to safely ride bikes. The kitchen and dining room have spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and you have plenty of seating to have large family gatherings as the dining table easily seats 8 plus an additional 3 seats at the kitchen counter. The family room on the main level has a fireplace with gorgeous stone from the floor to the high vaulted ceiling. The main floor has a large deck where you can enjoy the amazing mountain views whether you are relaxing in the hot tub or grilling dinner for your friends and or family. There is also a large front porch.
Bedding Configuration:Top Floor - King bed, large walk in closet and double vanity updated master bathroom, deck from master bedroom with stunning ski hill views.
Middle Floor - Queen bed, 3 way updated full bathroom,
Bottom Floor bedroom - Queen Bed and a bunk bed and updated private full bath as you step out of the door.
The den on the bottom floor can also serve as a 4th bedroom as it has a full sofa sleeper or just a second living space! We had our full sofa bed custom built so you can expect a very comfortable bed (unlike most sofa beds).
This house has several additional amenities including a 7 person private hot tub, gas fireplace, Weber grill with BBQ tools, connected garage, 4 flat screen TV's (including a 50' in the family room) 2 DVD players, hi-speed internet (WIFI), stereo system and a washer/dryer. This house has a fully equipped kitchen including cookware, platters, small appliances and spices. This house has everything you need to host an intimate or large family dinner! There is a single car garage attached to the house; also room for 2 additional cars in the driveway. This house is ideal for your family as you are able to use the unlocked items, such as the stroller, sleds/tubes (which is perfect for the sledding hill at Carter Park), Pak and Play, baby bath/bath toys, baby swing, high chair, games, and toys.
You can literally leave your car parked in the garage and walk to all of Breck's best places or the bus stop is roughly 70 yards away from the front door which can take you to Peak 9 and/or the Gondola. You can also catch a bus, the 'Summit Stage', to Keystone or Copper Mountain at the ice rink which is less than 155 yards away.
In the summer you can enjoy the nearby Carter park, the new train park across the street, the best mountain biking trails out the back door, and so much more!
We live in the Denver area and have a local company that will help should there be any issues with our house. We are always available by phone to answer any questions.
Our goal is for you to have an amazing experience in Breck and a space that truly feels like your home away from home! You will be working with the owners and not a rental agency and we will ensure that you have an amazing stay!
Our base price is $295 however our rates range through the entire year ranging from $295-$825 per night. We give discounts on weekday stays not including weekends and have a minimum of 1-5 night stay depending on the time of year.
Also, we will not allow college students or people under the age of 30 unless traveling with their families/parents.
We have a $200 cleaning fee (this is based on number of guests and can go up by $25 per person above 8) and a $500 fully refundable security deposit.
Although we list one night stay minimum this only applies to certain days. Most stays will require at least 3 days.
There is absolutely no Smoking or Pets allowed.
This is a quiet neighborhood with an active homeowner's association and is kept very well and peaceful.
