MINIMUM 30 DAY STAYS. GREAT FOR BUSINESS AND SHORT-TERM JOBS **$1800/MONTH**
This recently renovated historic bungalow combines comfort and the conveniences of a downtown location. Fully furnished with an equipped kitchen. Utilities, wifi, basic cable and Netflix included.
Put up your feet and delight in this spotlessly clean 1935 bungalow. Recently renovated and beautifully outfitted with comfortable vintage western furniture and decorated with an artist's eye, Ash Street House has been lovingly resorted to provide an inviting and peaceful home away from home. Highlights of the house include a welcoming front porch and a shady and secluded back patio, cozy bedrooms with plush beds that sleep four, a modernized kitchen that still retains its vintage vibe and a sweet bathroom complete with claw-foot tub.
The house is outfitted with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central AC and heat, a shady back deck and yard with grill, WIFI, and free Netflix streaming.
Guests have complete privacy and an entire house to themselves. We often stop by to introduce ourselves and are only a phone call or text message away if questions arise.
Ash Street House is located in a downtown neighborhood that includes a mix of residences and businesses, including a fire station located next door. The fire department personnel are very considerate and generally quiet and we love them as neighbors. There is not an alarm on the building and as a rule they don't turn on their sirens until they've left the neighborhood. That said, there may be some occasional noise and light disturbances during your stay, usually limited to equipment checks and vehicle washing.
Guests agree to leave the property in the same general condition as prior to rental. Maximum occupancy is four guests.
Hello! I'm Rosie, 21-year residents of the Cortez area and a huge fan of the natural beauty and outdoor activities of the region. I'm an artist and purveyor of farm-inspired products for home and garden on my online store I loved renovating this bungalow, adding modern upgrades while retaining the historic feel. Over the years I've seen Cortez grow into an up and coming little western town and am excited to share it and the surrounding country with visitors.
