I have just known this, and it is correct to let you know it now, so that you may organize with a different lodging.
The condo of the building has decided to do the works for maintenance of the building, and there will be structural works to be done either in the staircase and in the internal courtyard where is the entrance of my apartment.
Due to this, I will not have the possibility of access to my apartment during the period April 4th to 17th, 2016.
I am really sorry but I have to cancel all the reservations for that period, including yours.
I have no idea if you have already paid something, or all the quote.I will immediately inform airbnb, and of course you will be totally refunded.
I wish to excuse me once again, but this inconvenience has occurred beyond my own will.
Let me know if I can be of any help for the search of a new place where to stay...I'm sure that there is time enough to find out another apartment.....
