one loft-style master bedroom (with private bathroom) in a charming townhouse. Quiet and safe street. Walking distance to Caltech (3 blocks), Pasadena downtown, cafes and stores, Metro line to downtown LA. Close to Huntington Library and the Pasadena Convention center. Bedroom has high ceilings (loft-style), is furnished with a comfortable queen bed with foam mattress, large study desk and chair, large closet with mirrors, dresser, reading lamp and night stand, towel for shower, etc.
This is a charming townhouse at a prime location, on a tree-lined street. The unit was recently renovated and is very clean and well-kept, and gets plenty of natural sunlight. It is a corner unit, comes in two floors, and has got hardwood floors all over. There are two bathrooms in the unit which make it pretty comfortable for you as a guest and me as a host as you'll have your private bathroom! The shower is shared and is kept very clean.
1st floor: bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), living room, balcony
2nd floor: Loft-style master bedroom (yours), smaller bedroom (mine), my bathroom, shared shower, laundry (washer/dryer)
Your bedroom is the master bedroom. It's a large space, with a large 3-door closet with hangers and shelves, drawer chest, Queen bed with foam mattress and clean sheets. Fresh bedding and bath towel.
There is free WIFI. The kitchen space and the living room can be used, you just need to let me know in advance. You have your own private bathroom downstairs which makes your stay so much easier and private. There is only one shower, with glass door (instead of shower curtain), and it's kept pretty clean (Note: because of the quality of water in California, the shower glass usually gets stains from the hard water, but that doesn't mean it is not clean.) The unit does not come with assigned guest parking and if you wish to park it should be street parking. The Pasadena permit parking is $3/night to park on most streets (some free streets available too), or you can park in the Caltech garage over night (3 blocks south) but need to move your car early in the morning to avoid any tickets. In below There's more information about parking in below.
I would be happy to answer your questions about the area or any specific questions about things to do/see around here. Just let me know!
