While you are living here, you will be living in a working community, amongst our immediate neighbours, many of whom toil long hours either in the fields, in enterprise as artisans or in other endeavours.

Please separate recyclables according to the local system: paper and card; glass; plastics; green waste; other and dispose of rubbish in the respective bins beside the restaurant.
Please clean up after cooking. Any excess cleaning required beyond reasonable living will incur an extra fee.
Chianti's waste water is a SEPTIC pump out system. ONLY toilet paper is to be used in the toilets. NO tissue paper or other items may be flushed down the toilet pans at any time.
Power in Italy is precious and very expensive so please use it sparingly, whether the central heating, electric lights or hot water.
