Cozy and comfortable room in a beautiful apartment in the heart of Plateau-Mont-Royal, near all services, restaurants, bars, parks, grocery stores & subway. You'll find everything you need to feel at home, even a cute little cat :)
There are two friendly artists residing here, very welcoming and enthusiastic to share their space. They are around but often out of the home.
The room is a peaceful working space and has a nice desk. The bed is a comfy futon mat and you will find enchanting lighting in this nook, so kick back and relax! This is your perfect home away from home.
The living area is a 5 1/2 appartment, on the second floor, in a 3 stories building. So you'll find a spacious bright living room, a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet, and a handy kitchen to cook in where you can feel free to use all spices and condiments (mostly organic).
There is also a front and back balcony.
The guests have access to the whole appartment except for the two other bedrooms.
We are available to answer all your questions because we are living in the apartment. My roomate is a quiet student, with a busy schedule. As for me, I also have a busy schedule, but very flexible if I am needed. I am also very opened to host and socialize if interested.
There is free parking spaces on the street under premises, but it can get quite busy during summertime. Therefore, for less of a hastle, I suggest getting a daily vignette for 6$- that gives you more options to park. If you let me know in advance during WEEKDAYS, I can get it for you at the CITYHALL.
No smoking inside, although there are ashtrays on the balconies if needed.
Pets allowed except for cats - as there is already one living here :)
As for dogs, an extra fee would be inquired.
I love art, music, cooking, travelling, nature, yoga, dancing, camping, having dinner with friends and family, partying untill dawn, spas, books, long walks in the mountains, biking in the city, laughing, artcrafts, playing with children, discovering new artists, doing groceries, eating chocolate, shopping for socks, picking rocks, collecting bottles and masson jars, counting the stars and so much more...:)
As a host, I like to make sure that the guests feel confortable and grounded, as if they were up at their cottage, but in this case, in the city,..
As a guest, I expect the place to be clean and cozy, and have the basic utilities. Also, I always leave the place just as it was, and leave everything i use exactly where it is- leave no trace ;)
