This very spacious and superbly designed apartment is in the centre of Manchester - opposite Deansgate Locks. The two bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people. The master bedroom is a queen size, and the second bedroom has a double size futon. It is a short distance from Deansgate train and tram stations. This apartment is ideal for visitors or business travelers, being an easy walking distance to the universities, Palace Theatre, Deansgate, Piccadilly Gardens, Gay Village & Northern Quarter.

**COVID-19 UPDATE**
During the ongoing pandemic, we have stepped up the amount of cleaning we do to our apartment and ensure that all door handles, light switches and any touchable surfaces are fully sanitised after a guest departs and again before the arrival of new guests. Our aim is to ensure the cleanest possible environment for guests during this time of great uncertainty.

This unique apartment combines high end design with original exposed brickwork, beams and steel pillars. It has a raised sofa area for relaxing, leading onto a slate floored kitchen area with ample space to cook. The main bedroom is very well proportioned with an en-suite wetroom with fantastic shower. The second bedroom is comfortable with plenty of space for storage.

Two parking spaces are available with the apartment.

You will be looked after by beehosting Property Management - a high quality and dedicated company who will be there to care for you throughout your stay should you encounter any problems.

Each stay will be provided with toiletries, biscuits, tea, coffee etc plus a bottle of wine - either red, white or prosecco, or a pack of beer. Guests are invited to indicate preferences as to which of these they wish to receive prior to check in.

Please note the apartment is on the first floor of a 2 storey building and is close to the road. Whilst the area is quiet, guests are reminded that the apartment is in a city centre, so there may be the occasional noise from the street every now and again. We are not in the countryside!

Located in central Manchester, the apartment is a few minutes walk away from Deansgate Locks with many vibrant bars and nightclubs. There are lots of restaurants nearby, including on Deansgate itself (only 2 mins walk away). The apartment is close to the Gay Village (approx ten mins walk) and the Palace Theatre and O2 Ritz (7-8 mins walk). There is a beautiful canal walk nearby too and the apartment is on the edge of some exciting new developments, including the impressive Deansgate Square, which are directly behind the apartment.

There are numerous local shops nearby, including a Sainsbury's Local (2 mins walk), a number of small groceries stores up the road, and cafes and eateries very close.

Manchester offers so much to do and with superb transport nearby and the apartment's proximity to everything in the city (nothing is further than a 20 min walk away), the location for the property is superb. The tramline allows for quick access to media city, and the train station allows for trips to Preston and further north e.g. Blackpool.
