We are sorry to have had the miss communication with you, as we normally use, after we have the total payment, we like to have a straight communication with our guests, first because we can have this (Hidden by Airbnb) in our phones, and its faster and easier as we move around the valley because sometimes internet does not have signal, and (Hidden by Airbnb) does... And also because many of our guests almost the 90% of them asks us for our whatapp number to be in a faster communication with them as many of them ask and requires transfers, prices and tours, that this system blocks away if we ever mention these or even addresses in detail. We did suppose you were into (Hidden by Airbnb) , as you never told us you were not undertanding our question regarding your (Hidden by Airbnb) number. We are so sorry for this. Now we know we should ask for anyone in the future groups we have, to have this communication with them or to ask if anyone of the group, can give us their (Hidden by Airbnb) to be in touch, as we run several houses along Cusco and Sacred Valley and sometimes we don t open the email until very late at night.
