One bedroom/one bathroom with private washer/dryer located in the Pitkin Creek Park Condominiums complex in the picturesque East Vail neighborhood. Pitkin Creek is located on Bighorn Road and is situated along the bike path (4 mi to Vail Village) and is a quick bus ride on the free bus system (only 2 major bus stops between Pitkin Creek before Vail Village). The condo is conveniently located near Sim’s Market, grocery, and liquor store. The unit overlooks the pool and hot tub, which you have unlimited access to, unlike other properties in East Vail.
This condo sleeps 4 comfortably with a Queen bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa. There are two pieces of plywood to put under the sleeper sofa mattress to help provide more support, if desired. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with feather pad on top of a memory foam mattress.
The kitchen and counter has a bar with seating. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining room table for entertaining. There is also a desk for more serious tasks and professional activities. There is a small patio overlooking the pool and hot tub with a gas grill for your barbeque enjoyment.
This condo offers a 32” LED TV in the living room along with a DVD/VCR player, a selection of movies and various board games. Unit includes a wood burning fireplace. The sofa and recliner chair are situated perfectly in front of the TV and fireplace. Free high speed internet WiFi is included. Audio speakers are available to plug in your media device. Bathroom has a toilet, shower and tub. This unit has a new private washer and dryer for your convenience.
Entrance storage closet is offered for ski and snowboard gear storage. There is also plenty of storage space for all your luggage and gear in the closet and guest wardrobe. The owner’s closet is private and not for guests, please.
The Vail Valley has numerous adventures to enjoy. Whether you’re skiing in the winter, biking in the summer or enjoying a dining and entertainment options in Vail Village, this condo will provide you a great launching pad to get you where you want to go.
Hiking and biking are accessible out the front door with the Gore Creek Trail system just steps across the street. The Gore Creek Trail is great for hiking and biking in the summer or snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter. The Gore Creek Trail provides easy access to other multiple hiking and biking trails in close proximity to the majestic Gore Range Mountains.
A coded keypad is provided to allow entry to the condo. Prior to your arrival at the condo, I will provide you with the code to the keypad. We ask that you only use the top keypad for access to the condo.
TO UNLOCK THE DOOR: Enter the keypad code we provide you, turn the top bolt counterclockwise to unlock, and open the door with the door knob.
TO LOCK THE DOOR: Exit the unit, close the door, press the "Schlage" button once, turn the top bolt clockwise, and confirm that the top lock is locked.
DO NOT LOCK THE BOTTOM DOOR KNOB LOCK; this will result in getting locked out!!
The lock box and contents are only for the Owners' use and is secured on the outside hallway door knob. In the event of a guest losing a key or getting locked out, a minimum $100 additional fee will be applied. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the situation.
Guests have full access to everything in unit with exception of marked owner’s closet. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare tasty meals, and there is a gas grill on the patio for your use. The refrigerator is stocked with condiments so you don’t have to go out and buy random ketchup for the weekend. The pantry and spices are also available for your use. Outdoor heated pool is available in the summer and hot tub year round.
Interaction with guests is intended to be simple, yet accommodating. I am available for questions during your stay, so the amount of interaction depends on meeting your needs. If you require additional information not covered in the condo guide, I’ll do my best to provide you with my best local knowledge. Communication between the guest and I will be available via email and my cell phone. I am available 24/7 for emergencies.
We know that the traffic and weather conditions going to Denver or Eagle can be inconvenient and honestly, an unnecessary obstacle during your trip. That’s why, unless there is someone checking in the same day as you, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times. If it’s more beneficial for you to ski/ride/play and wait for the travel conditions to improve, then play it safe and relax by benefiting from a later check-out. We want to ensure you have the best possible stay!

Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. Please do not smoke inside or on back deck either, as ashes seem to get all over the patio and gear outside. Any violation of the smoking policy will not be tolerated, and will result in a minimum fee of $50 per each.
Pets: Pets are not allowed. Any violation of the pet policy will not be tolerated, and will result in a minimum fee of $50 per each.
Upon confirmation of a reservation, the House Manual will be provided, which is also available at the condo. The House Manual contains the complete House Rules for this property. If you have any questions or comments, please ask and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
