A comfortable private room just a few minutes from the strip and centrally located. My home has amazing amenities and a great relaxing atmosphere. Whether you are here for work, the festivals, exploring Vegas’s famous landmarks, gambling, or have business at the convention center or elsewhere, you're a mere 5-10 drive from it all. When done, come home to a nice secluded neighborhood to play a game of pool, ping pong, take a dip in the pool, have a bbq, or just relax in the awesome backyard .

The Blue Room is a warm and inviting room with a very comfortable bed and space for all your belongings. You will feel right at home in this room that features a full size bed, a 43” LG tv to watch Netflix or amazon tv, and next to the bed is your own mini refrigerator. Your private room is located upstairs and just to your left. You will have a full size shared bathroom with separate shower and tub that is shared. Out the sliding glass doors in your room is a balcony to enjoy with great views that is shared as another guest is present at this time. The home is a wonderful place to stay for 30 days or more with so many great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy!

My neighborhood is safe and quiet yet so close to all the fun. Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly and down to earth and most have lived her for quite some time. If you don’t feel like driving anywhere, within about a block you can walk to a major/hotel casino located right across the street with restaurants and a movie theater, have breakfast at a charming little coffee/breakfast joint, or watch some sports at a really cool sports bar called Bourbon Street. McDonald’s is also right on the corner of where you exit our neighborhood and is literally a 5 minute walk. Also, access to interstate 15 is right off Sahara when you leave the neighborhood which makes getting around convenient.

Hi there! My name is Greg and I look forward to opening my wonderful home to you which is located in a prime and convenient area here in Las Vegas just minutes from the strip!

I’ve been in the healthcare therapy field for 21 years and really care about helping people. Airbnb is a perfect fit for who I am with my welcoming, caring, and down to earth spirit. Hosting my home to people from different walks of life who need a longer term stay of 30 days or longer has been a great experience. Being centrally located makes my homes location perfect for people who work on or close to the strip while enjoying a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s also nice for those who don’t work on the strip but like to hang out there. My home is very warm, welcoming, and comfortable with lots of amenities. I definitely believe you will be pleasantly surprised about the convenience of the central location of my home as well as the quiet neighborhood. Also, the amenities at my home are second to none whether it be a game of pool on the full size pool table, throwing some darts, playing some ping pong, having a BBQ under the gazebo/bar area, taking a dip in the pool with a slide, or just relaxing and catching some sun out in the beautifully landscaped backyard. You will always have something to look forward to when you’re done with the hustle and bustle of life and come back to the house.
I would love to have you as my guest and let my home be your new home for a month or longer! !
