Very bright room in a historical building in La Roma neighborhood. Close to all the bars, cafes and galleries. Contact me and allow me a few hours to respond. If the calendar says the room is available, it most likely is.
Perfectly situated century old (1905) apartment, high ceilings, wood floors and typical french windows. The building is known as Casa Francia The room is super bright and spacious and it has a lovely plant. The apartment has 3 rooms (all for airbnb ). I actually live in the same building but in a different apartment, but I ´m always around.
The apartment is fully renovated, It has 3 rooms, living room, dinning room, full bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Services: WIFI, cleaning service, nice towels and bedding & bathroom basics.
I can help you with your itinerary and there is a street (URL HIDDEN) the apartment with the best finds in the city.
I am available for any question you can send text me any time.
If some neighbor ask who you are, just say you are staying with a friend, there are other airbnb apartments in the building, but I like to keep a low profile.
I am not super strict, you can arrive home at anytime, just keep in mind that you are sharing the space with other airbnb guest, so don`t make noise after 1 am. And be respectfull at all time. We expect guests to be extremely careful to always close the front door securely and to take good care of the space and kitchen equipment. Smoking is allowed in exterior spaces (balcony). Guests can use espresso machines, and other equipment. Please turn off lights when not in use to save energy and clean up any dishes used.
Be respectful with the common areas in the building. Maintain a low profile. Visitors no listed in the reservation are not allowed (only super close friends or partners). No drugs, one night stands or prostitution (previous experience) are allowed in the apartment. Any violation to the house rules will be cause of the cancellation of the reservation and no money will be reimbursed.

Hi, I`m a Mexican architect who love old buildings, eat pain au chocolat and drink coffee with my best friend. I work and live in la Roma, so I am always around. I have prepared a guide to access the building and my favorite spots.
