Small but perfectly formed flat on the top floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement building offering a comfortable and clean base for your visit to the historic, vibrant and beautiful city of Edinburgh.
This flat has recently been renovated and has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom.
There is one large bedroom and with a large and comfy sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to four people.
The kitchen is compact but fully functional and stocked with all the usual utensils.
If required a travel cot and high-chair can be provided at no extra cost.
You will have exclusive access to the whole flat during your stay.
I live and work very close to this flat so it is likely I will be around to meet you and to provide any assistance I can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I have lived in Edinburgh for 20 years so I will be more than happy to offer some recommendations on things to do and places to go if needed. If I am unable to meet you at check-in I will be able to leave the keys securely in a key safe close by for you to collect.
The flat is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
Please note that a minimum of 3 nights booking will be required for Hogmanay
The flat is in a residential building so I would ask that guests are respectful of this. No parties or events are permitted.
The flat is strictly non smoking and I am unable to accept pets.
Maximum 4 people.
No Rubbish should be left in the flat, there are large black communal bins outside on the street and the kitchen should be left clean & tidy with all dishes washed and put away.
Please note that if there is evidence of smoking within the flat or if the kitchen is not left clean and tidy and/or rubbish is left behind then an additional £40 cleaning charge will be made against your deposit.

Original from Belfast, Northern Ireland but have been living in Edinburgh for over 20 years now. Its a great place to explore and I love just wandering about as you always find something new.
When I'm not working as a Project Manager I love to travel and have been to Japan, Portugal, Dubai, France and Germany in the last year and am looking forward to planning my next trip.
I also love ski-ing, mountain-biking and stand-up paddle-boarding as well as going to see a movie, catching up with friends or just getting lost in a good book!
