This log cabin sits on a beautiful piece of the Hill Country. Smith Creek meanders through the 10 acres that Jen and Gregory share with their guests, who rave about their scenic nature walks, relaxing hot tub soaks, or night time fireside chats.
Please treat our cabin with the same care and respect you would expect from visitors in your own home. Thank you!
*Check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Please be mindful of these times, as the cleaning staff is on a tight schedule. Thanks!
*We allow pets at $50 per pet. Please be prepared to leave a check or cash for the pet fee, if applicable. We also ask that dogs remain on leash on our property if they might be inclined to chase a cat, chicken, or child. Please crate dogs when left alone in the cabin.
*If you wish to enjoy the fire pit, please respect burn bans, avoid lighting a fire in high winds, burn only wood, and put out the fire with the hose before turning in for the night. We strive to keep a supply of firewood for our guests, but can’t guarantee it. You can always find firewood in town, too.
*There is a reverse osmosis filtration system on the kitchen sink which provides excellent drinking water. Therefore, there's no need to buy bottled water!
*This house has a septic system. PLEASE BE GENTLE. Do not flush any feminine products or non-degradable items down the toilet and dispose of kitchen grease in the trash when cool.
*At check out time, please place all trash and recycling in the appropriate cans at the entrance to the drive (by the Three Graces Cabin sign), wash dirty dishes, turn AC to 78 or heat to 65, turn off all lights and fans, and leave pet fee, if applicable. Thanks and safe travels!
*The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Jennifer and Gregory live and work on their property in Wimberley, Texas. They have several vacation rentals that they own and manage in the Texas hill country here. Jennifer is an artist and also teaches art classes to children in her studio. Next door to Jennifer's studio is Gregory's wood shop where he designs and builds custom wood furniture and creates wonderful things for the vacation rentals. They have two daughters, a big vegetable garden, several chickens, cats and a faithful old dog.
