Sunny Cat Friendly Room-This is a cool 1970's style condo complex, one of five units. My home is Solar and very efficient. There is a funky cool beach feel that is well suited to our small beach town of Los Osos/Baywood. The fence out front has whimsical sea creatures. Our older buildings have character, but they may also appear less clean due to the extended wear and tear. All of the neighbors are friendly, we say Hi as we come and go.
The room comes with a built in desk for your computer or journal , TV has Chromcast you can send your Hulu, Netflix & Youtube etc. to view on 19" screen. There are also books and movies available in the bookcase for your enjoyment while you're visiting.
Light kitchen use by prior arrangements at time of booking is available. Coffee/tea available all day & night.
Private bath has stall shower with manual lighting A full variety of incidentals are available for your convenience.
As my work schedule permits, I will make every effort to be here to greet you when you arrive - as well as to see you off. I think of my guests as friends I haven't met yet and getting to know you and what bring you to my small part of the world is the 'what's in it for me' part of my Airbnb experience.
I'm a active person and enjoy living in this area, chances are, we will be attending the same community events! Wine tasting, hiking, kayaking and just about everything the Central Coast has to offer.
I have a full-time day job so, week days, you may not see me in the mornings, but I will make every effort not to disturb your visit.
I live with 2 cats, Prana & Gibbs. Please be aware of that, if you have allergies, be careful to have medicine with you. and PLEASE LEAVE FIDO AT HOME!
Hearst Castle is just about 30 miles north on highway 1, about a 40-45 min drive. also there is Monarch Grove is a 30 min drive to the south between September and February. Montana de Oro and Morro Bay are both only 5 miles away. A good bike ride or short drive.
Effective 3/9/17-Our County of San Luis Obispo has recently required I collect a 12% TOT tax, therefore my nightly prices have increased accordingly.

This is a quiet neighborhood, which is what most travelers like best about it.
Your bedroom and bathroom are YOUR private space, the rest of the upstairs is community space and the down stairs is MY private space. Please be respectful of these guidelines. If you have a problem or an issue arises, I'm on site, and am available to assist as needed.
I love living in the Central Coast of California, I've been here for over 30 years. There isn't a 'unbeautiful' spot anywhere I've been yet. I live with my two cats, Gibbs & Prana, enjoy hiking, kayaking and visiting with friends at the local Ale House. When I do leave I love to travel to the big cities of our counrty like Boston, New Orleans and Portland. Or better yet, jump the pond and head out to Ireland, London or Paris. I enjoy lending out to Airbnb as much as I enjoy staying at a Airbnb.
