Our eclectic and cozy two-bedroom condo is situated in the heart of Midtown. A 10-minute walk from Vanderbilt University. 1 mile to Broadway entertainment district. Enjoy free parking, full kitchen, laundry access and more! Sleeps 6-8.
Our condo is cute, bright and eclectic. It has a master bedroom with full-size bed and half bath. The second bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds, allowing you to sleep 6 people comfortably in the condo plus 2 additional guests on the futon in the living room for 8 person occupancy. There is a full-bath in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove/oven, coffee pot, dishwasher, tea pot, dishes, pots and pans and all your basic utensils.
The condo apartment shares a small courtyard with our award winning Music City Hostel voted top 10 best atmosphere hostels in North America. The AirBnB guests have access to our hostel kitchen which is stocked with spices and condiments. There is laundry facilities for a small fee. There is a patio with patio tables and chairs, propane BBQ grill and a common space with a cable TV that you are welcome to use.
A hostel staff is typically present during normal business hours. If you have any questions, or need help, you can just pop over to see one of us. We love to give recommendations on places to see and to point out our favorite dining and drinking spots! Or just come over to meet and chat with our guests from around the world :) Our quaint hostel is self-sufficient, so in the evenings when we may not be present you can still reach us 24x7 on our phone number that is answered by a hostel staff on duty. Please inform our staff about your AirBnB unit number.
The AirBnB rate includes 9.25% sales tax, 6% hotel tax, $2.50 per night per room city tax.
We have a 3-night minimum for booking on Friday or Saturday during our peak season.
Please note we have a strict 18 and over policy, minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Hospitality House LLC (“the Owner”), and guest(s) agree as follows: Guest(s) is an adult (over 18 years old) and will be the sole occupant(s) of the rental space. Use of the rental space and building premises is only for the individuals disclosed prior to arrival in the communication platform within the booking source (website hidden), (website hidden), www.airbnb.com. The vacation rental booking is not transferable to a 3rd party.
2. NO SMOKING POLICY: (smoke outdoor only)
The Owner is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and pleasant communal environment for all guests. Smoking of any forms (such as cigarettes, cigars, hookah, etc.) or possession of other smoking paraphernalia is prohibited inside of our building and within 3 foot radius of the entrances. Guest(s) are welcome to smoke outdoors in designated areas. Guest(s) who violates this policy are subject to immediate removal from the property without refund. The violator(s) may be charged a SMOKE CLEANING fee of up to $1000.
3. ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY: (drinking OK, drunkenness NO)
Guest(s) agree to store and consume alcohol only within the rented space and the designated community area. The Owner prohibits possession, use, or distribution of unlawful drugs. Liquor is strictly prohibited to our hostel guests, so liquor may NOT BE BROUGHT OUTSIDE the rental unit. Beer and wine may be consumed in communal spaces. By signing this document guest agrees to decent and orderly behavior at all time. Any appearance of public intoxication is a ground for removal from the property. Guest agrees to a $100 clean up fee for any drunken exhibit such as vomiting, public urination, or other mess in the interior or exterior of our property.
4. QUIET HOURS POLICY:
Guest(s) agree to behavior acceptable for quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM in and around the rental space. Guest(s) agree to quiet, considerate and respectful behavior that would not disturb neighbors’ right for peaceful and quiet sleep. Loud partying, even inside the rented space, will not be tolerated.
The Owner operates a self-catering vacation rental. Guest(s) are expected to pick up after themselves before departure. The cleaning fee included in the charge at the time of booking does not include extraordinary cleaning such as doing entire meal dishes, scraping burnt pots and pans, cleaning burnt oven and stove tops, cleaning mud and sand in the interior space, cleaning crayons and other scuff mark on walls, etc. These extreme cleaning required may be considered property damage and subject to security deposit withholding.
6. PET POLICY:
Guest(s) understand that The Owner does not accept animals of any kind inside our buildings. No exception is granted. No visitors with pets are allowed around the premise and inside the property. As a vacation rental, we take serious consideration for other or future guests with a pet allergy. No dog, regardless of size, no cat, no bird, no mice, no hamster, no ferret, no guinea pig, nor potbellied pig, no snake, no iguanas, no spider, no fish, or any other creatures other than human being is allowed in our building. Violator will be subject to a fine up to $500 and immediate removal without refund. Exception is granted for ADA service dog with proof of specific tasks performed for the individual with disabilities.
Parking is limited to one or two vehicles that must be pre-notified prior to arrival. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas or on the street only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fee are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
The Owner does not provide daily housekeeping service. The rental rate includes linens and bath towels that can only be used inside the rental space. The Owner does not permit the removal of any articles and furnishing from the unit.
9. SAFE AND HARMONIOUS COMMUNITY POLICY:
Guest(s) are expected to behave courteously to the condo and hostel community. Guest(s) who disrupts peace and creates tension with neighbors may be removed from the property under the laws governing transient vacation rental businesses. The Owner reserves the right to refuse service to individuals) who pose the risk of harm to themselves and others. Individual(s) who exhibits verbal or physical threats, psychological imbalance, odd behavior that threaten safety and peace of the community will be removed. If difficulties arise then local law enforcement will be called for intervention and criminal charges may be filed.
10. NO FIREARMS ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL SPACE AND PREMISE (store in your car):
A valid concealed carry permit does NOT authorize you to carry a concealed weapon to our rental space and building grounds. Pursuant to the Davidson County Code, no person shall possess, have control of, convey, or attempt to convey a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance on to these premises.
11. GUESTS LIABILITY:
Guest(s) agree to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by guest(s), including, but not limited to bed, mattress, misuse of appliances and furnishing, and linens. Guest(s) agrees to reimburse Hospitality House LLC for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items that may exceed above and beyond the security deposit withheld during the booking
12. WAIVER OF CLAIMS, RELEASE, INDEMNITY, AND HOLD HARMLESS:
Guest(s) understands that the space being rented is a transient vacation rental unit. It’s defining characteristic is the rental is for less than 30 consecutive days. Guest(s) acknowledges that staying in vacation rentals managed by the Owner is wholly voluntary. The Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property, and does not warrant or guarantee the safety of Guest(s). Guest(s) agrees to report any hazardous conditions that may cause damage or injury to person or their property. Guest(s) understand the Owner does not accept liability or any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. No refund is given for storms, tornadoes and road conditions, airport closures unless a State of Tennessee or Davidson County or Nashville City issue a “Mandatory Evacuation Order” in a 5 mile vicinity of the vacation rental property for the unused dates of reservation. Guest is assuming full responsibility for choosing to stay at the vacation rental property.
13. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assigners, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges The Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold The Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs."

My name is Carmen and I am one of the team members at Music City Guest House and the Nashville Downtown Hostel. We manage several properties in downtown and midtown Nashville.
I grew up in South America (where my parents worked in ministry) and moved back to the States when I turned 13. After graduating from North Greenville University I join the teach English in Korea and during that time traveled much of Asia and Northern Europe. I love volunteering my time for a good cause, traveling, and talking with all the interesting people.
I love my job managing the hostel and vacation rentals because I get to meet so many different types of people. I enjoy meeting new people, and hosting guests from different parts of the country and world. I think Nashville is a wonderful city with a unique atmosphere and energy, and I really love introducing out-of-towners to the South and Music City!
