Furnished with a queen-size bed, a working desk, a chair and sofa, a ceiling fan, a flat-panel cable/TV, WiFi, a private bathroom with heated whirlpool and separate shower/steam room, and a sitting room where the breakfast nook, the extra sofa bed, and the treadmill are located. This place is in a quiet suburb town 40 minutes away from New York City, and adjudged as one of ten best places to live in the USA.
The room has a living area or sitting room where guests can enjoy the breakfast nook (table for four, microwave oven, toaster and a refrigerator/freezer), an extra bed, and a treadmill, in addition to the bedroom area.
Kitchen access is limited, and permissible only upon consent of the host.
Minimal. The room has separate entrance to allow some degree of privacy and individual space.
Monthly long-term accommodation will subject to a 15% discounted rate plus $35.00 per month to cover for the change of linen/towels and room cleaning.
Weekly accommodation will subject to a 10% discount plus $35.00 to cover for the cleaning fee at the end of stay.
At guest's request, linen sheets and towels may be changed on a regular basis at the additional fee of $10.00 per change-day.
