I rent a pretty room in my comfortable flat in the beautiful city of Pamplona. It is a new construction only five minutes away walking from the very old charming part of the city, surrounded by the city walls, the river and natural gardens.
Also ideal to enjoy Sanfermin with everything at hand and with all the tranquility and calm you need to rest.
Only a one minute walk from the start of the running of the bulls scenario.
The flat is new, bright and carefully decorated, creating a charming and wellcoming area for living. All guests are wellcome to my house, where we live with my three children most of the year.
Guests will be allocated in a comfortable room with right of use of a shower bathroom fully equiped. Towels, champu, shower gel, hand soap, towels, toilet paper and hair-dryer will be available for use.
There is a lounge with television and a broad table to be used as a computer working space at the service of the guests.
I live in the house with my child and two kitten. I am available at any time to make my guests stay nice and in a friendly environment. I will be advicing you of places to visit, how to move around the city, city buses, commutes, bars, restaurants and other amenities and places of interest to visit in our stunning city and its surroundings.
I can communicate in Spanish, English Proficiency Level and French Intermediate level.
No strangers allowed in any parts of the house or the building. Only guests approved.
No excess of noise in respect of the people living in the house and the rest of the building
No ringing neighbour´s bell to let in the building.
No parties allowed. Guests must be respectful, tidy and noisless.
Free parking 100m away.
Please be careful with the use of water (shower).
Wilful Misconduct will lead in cancellation of booking.
