A perfect getaway studio in North Phoenix. This secluded studio with mature trees feels like a serene private casita; it features a beautiful, quiet outdoor garden, stone patio, gas grill, garden seating, private bath, free wifi access and cable TV. Upon entering the property the illuminated walking paths creates almost instant calmness.
Secluded studio feels just like a private casita. Located in North Phoenix and available year-round for stays from 3 to 28 days. There are screened French doors which open to a large, landscaped garden. The studio has hardwood floors, a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Full-size amenities, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board are included in-room. This comfortable space includes a microwave, mini-fridge/freezer, coffee maker, walk-in closet and luxury linens. Media access includes free wifi hotspot, 40" flat screen and cable TV. Coffee, tea, bottled water, bagels and fruit are provided to welcome each guest.
A separate gated, locked entrance ensures guest privacy, access and security. The private patio includes a gas grill and comfortable outdoor furniture. A sheltered glider in the rear garden is most peaceful. There is an additional seating area immediately outside the entrance to the studio. Guests are welcome to use entire garden for a game of croquet, catch or badminton.
I'm present to help guests get adjusted and check-in and I'll provide information as requested. There are several guide books, trail maps and hiking information in the suite. I've lived in Arizona for 24 years and I'm very happy to share experiences if you like.
Studio is suitable for single or maximum double occupancy. Check the calendar for availability.
