Our home is within walking distance to Germantown Ave. The house has 3 nicely sized bedrooms, a bathroom with full bath, washer/dryer and a large kitchen, elegant dinning room and living room with cable TV. Big back yard and free off street parking!
The home is usually available around mid December to February and of end of June until the beginning of August. The normal price per day has been greatly discounted. Feel free to inquire about other periods of availability.

Home is private and the manager lives off property. The basement does have tenants that live all year around. It is very important that noise is kept to a minimum to respect them from 10pm to 7am.
Chestnut Hill is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the United States. It has been voted one of the best. The home is on Summit Street, a street of spectacular stone 1800's homes.
The Chestnut Hill East line train station is 200 yards away, with trains that bring you into center city Philadelphia. The Chestnut Hill West train line is a 400 yard walk, as are the fabulous shops and restaurants of Chestnut Hill. They are at the end of Summit Street which runs into Germantown Avenue. The bus station is there too.
Please note that for major holidays we have a three night minimum.
Front yard and back yard and private off street parking. Right side of parking lot is reserved for Airbnb guests. Never block the garage or left side of parking lot.
Home is private and the manager lives off property. The tenants in the basement apartment are never to be disturbed.
There are plenty of extra linens, blankets and towels which can be used. The washer and dryer are free for use.
No smoking is allowed inside of the house.
Pets are not allowed because we specialize with guests who may have allergies and sensitivities.
No parties allowed.

This is a beautiful home in the Chestnut Hill suburb of Philadelphia.
