Astonishing views of the ocean 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment, featuring direct access to the building private beach, located on famous Collins Ave. in Millonarie's Row area, hart of Miami Beach.
This Ocean front condo is located between the ocean and Intercoastal Waterways.

The apartment is situated on Collins Ave. on the beach front, nearby the bus stop ( in case you do not drive) and walking distance from Foutainbleau Hotel and restaurants. It is only 5 minutes away from South Beach, 5 minutes to La Gorce Golf Course, 25 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 10 minutes from the Bal Harbour Shops.
Millionaire’s Row is centrally located between North Miami Beach and South Beach, offering residents plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining and entertainment as well as convenient access to and from the city.

The apartment is equiped for 7 people. It has a queen bed in the Master Bedroom, 1 twine and 1 double deb in the second bedroom plus a Queen sofa bed int he Living room.


Pets and SMOKING is not permitted in the apartment.
•A one time cleaning fee of $110 is charged. Maid service available upon request for an additional fee.
•Children over 3 years old are considered as guest and must pay full fare.

CHECK IN 3 PM - CHECK OUT 10:30 AM.
We shall do our best to acomodate to your check in and check out, However, when checking times overlao with other guest, we will stricktly enforce the times set above.
Check In
In order to comply with the Building security requirements I must issue a form listing the complete name, age and ID/ Passport information of all the guest for the at least 2 business days before their arrival.

Once you have arrived to the building you must present yourself to the Security Staff and provide them with your ID or Passport in order to clear your access to the Building. Security Staff will take a copy of your ID or Passport and provide you with a copy of the form previously file by VacaHomes.

Valet Parking Staff will take care of your vehicle and luggage once you handle them the completed Form given to you by the Security Staff.
Once you get to the apartment you must enter the 4 digit Code given to you by Vacahomes prior to your arrival.

Inside the apartment on the side table you will find 2 blue fobs.
Please do not lose the Fobs. Replacements cost $75 and will be deducted from your Deposit.

The fob will let you move around the building and access the gym, pool area main and beach entrances and service elevator.
Gym and Poll are accessed from the Mezzanine Floor (M)
Beach is better accessed from the Service Elevator Lobby Floor (L)

Trash
Recycling is mandatory in the city of Miami, please divide recyclables (news paper, magazines, boxes, bottles and cans) into the designated trash chute. Failure to disposed trash properly will be penalize with a $100 dollar fine that will be discounted from the Security Deposit.

Building Rules – Loud Noises
We remind all of our guests that this is a family building, were the Association has imposed Rules and Regulations that must be comply with in order to keep The Pavilion a safe and pleasant place to live and vacation.
Loud Noises will not be tolerated after 9 PM.
Booking Guest under 25 years must pay a Mandatory Condo Security Fee of $135
It is not allowed to walk around the building halls and lobby without proper clothing (shoes and cover ups).
No clothes or garments should be hung visible from the Balconies, it is forbidden by the Building Rules and Miami Beach Fire Authorities. Fines might be imposed.
Any complaints filed by a guest, an owner or the Building Association will allow Vacahomes to cancel the rental contract without any right to any compensation and loss of Security Deposit.
Vacahomes will also retain and claim in excess any penalty or fine imposed by the Building Association to the Property Owner regarding a complaint concerning the guest.

The host was prompt in replying to emails and texts. The unit was very nice, clean, roomy, with a lovely view. The building itself was a little spartan in its accommodations. The pool is in a wind tunnel and while it was 75 degrees during our visit, we couldn't use the pool. It was cold and windy and the pool heater was broken. We were told a new one was being installed on the day we left. The grounds are clean but spare. There are nice picnic tables and grills, but I was on vacation to escape cooking. :) They ran out of beach loungers every day, but the owner provided some, so we lugged those down to the beach. There was a water leak somewhere near us so they had blowers right outside our door going day and night for 4 days to dry out the hall carpets. The valets and desk clerks were very polite and helpful. The laundry service was easy and convenient once we figured out how to reload the access card.

Upon arrival I was received by Jessica, which is pretty serviceable. She guide us thru all the written details shared prior our arrival. The complex is old but clean and in general great deal. I was pleased as most everyone is latino around the building, lots of people from south america and the Caribbean, if you're into these cultures, this is great place to experience it. I experienced some issue with the locking system which lock us out for few hours, the host responds quickly and help on resolving the issues. the place is accurate of what you see in the pictures. the view is remarkable from the room. the master room is great, the second bedroom need upgrade but not big deal. Restrooms are clean with some upgrade required. Kitchen had most everything for your stay except can opener, or at least I did not find it. The beach was full of algaes, not sure if seasonal or something, but the sand and the sea are great. You get like 50 ft of standing up sea. the walk to the ocean is reasonable, plus the apt had a couple of chairs, umbrellas and towels to take to the beach. The valet parking was great deal, got used to it quickly. Read complaints about people waiting a lot for their car, but it wasn't an issue for me, my only advice here is to be personable with the staff. They all are super nice and interested on giving good service. Security guys were so nice with during the lock out issue, all stars for them. Overall me and my family had a great experience in this complex, I would highly recommend this place.

The location was ideal. The building was, overall, comfortable. The staff was helpful and cordial. The valet service was personable and accommodating. The security guards were respectful and helpful. The pool was up to date, clean, and available. The apartment itself was sufficient, yet quite outdated. Only one burner works on the electric stove. There is wall and ceiling damage due to humidity. The front shower has a leak under the tiles that causes water to appear in the front hallway. The sliding glass door on the inner bathroom is not secure and nearly fell off. The apartment was quite dirty from the get go and there were no cleaning supplies or vacuum. Linens were "musty" and old. Lastly, the building is undergoing significant construction. Every morning at shortly before 8 am construction noise began and didn't end until well past 3 pm. Scaffolding was up and men were suspended outside of the windows. These workers were visible looking into our windows for at least one full day. This made the outside patio inaccessible for the duration of our stay.

Regarding the construction, closed balconies and noises, that was posted ( and still is ) in the description of the apartments and there is also an explanation of why the price in below market. Sorry you did't manage to read the full apartment description before booking.

Marina was a great host. She replied quickly to all of our questions and was very helpful. The apartment has a great view of the beach and large, heated pool (cool in Miami when we were there). We appreciated the valet parking, friendly staff, laundry, gym, and easy access and close beach. And the beds were very comfortable. Thank you Marina.
