Enjoy a queen sized bed, a balcony and easy access to the city center, the Weizmann Institute, and the train station in this newly renovated, modern apartment.
Built in 1996, the apartment building was inspired by the new objectivity style of architecture. It has lovely rounded windows and a rounded balcony, as well as a very large dining area/living room.
The apartment is newly renovated with modern bathrooms, granite counter tops and other amenities.
Street parking in the neighborhood is plentiful and the Weizmann Institute, the Hebrew University Faculty of Agriculture, and the train stations are within walking distance.
Access to Nes Ziona's and Rehovot's Science Parks is easy (approx. 2 minutes by car, or 10 - 15 minutes on foot) as well as to highways, and the central bus station.
Located in the central plains of Israel (HaShfela), Rehovot is about half an hour's drive to Tel-Aviv (without traffic), less than one hour's drive to Jerusalem, and an hour and a half to Haifa.
Kitchen, dining area and living room, a balcony and an office within a larger (four bedroom) apartment. The host has his own separate section with a private bedroom and a bathroom.
Wifi and Ethernet internet connections are also available.
