This lovely hide-away is perfect for one person, or a young couple. It's small, yes, but I found that the time I spent walking, biking, on the beach and eating out took up most of my time, so all I needed was basically a place to sleep and shower - both amply provided in the form of a futon and a lovely new bathroom. It also has a kitchen counter area where I fixed my oatmeal, fresh fruit and yogurt and where I kept a few snack items in the refrigerator. Everything provided that one would need for their stay.
As far as location is concerned, it couldn't have been better for me! My favorite beach in front of El Pescador, some of favorite little authentic Mexican restaurants, and the Malecon - just blocks away from the apartment, plus La Ley supermarket where I could buy snacks, breakfast food, etc.
Eric was a very communicative host and provided me his local number, as well as the number of Gloria, who met me, showed me in and showed me the ropes. Check-in and check-out were smooth processes.
The only thing you need to know about the place that may not be clearly represented is that its privacy is in part afforded by its location on the top floor of the building. This means a climb or descent of 57 steps to enter and leave the building and unit. Fortunately, I needed the exercise and appreciated the workout, and at 62 years old I was able to navigate the climb. But it wouldn't be a convenient property for people who have a problem negotiating stairs.
That said, I wouldn't look for another place on my next trip to PV, and I can recommend it without reservation!
