Highly centralized one bedroom apartment in Malta's most energetic year round seaside resort. Consists of an entrance hall, a large combined lounge, kitchen/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open balcony overlooking the main road.

The location of the apartment boasts to have all amenities within 2 minutes walk, sandy and rocky beaches are within a 300 meter range radius. Day Beach clubs, all sorts of restaurants, pubs and nightclubs are within walking distance. Yet, the apartment area is quiet and tranquil.

The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and include a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. No food is provided. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. This consists of tea, Nespresso coffee, sugar and sufficient washing liquid. No items may be removed from the apartment.

The guests shall be responsible for the Property during the Guest's stay.

The Guest shall take all reasonable care of the Property and at the end of the stay shall leave the Property including all utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the Property in a clean and tidy condition.

Under no circumstances may the number of persons at the holiday home exceed the maximum number of guests as stated in the holiday confirmation.

No pets are allowed.

All personal belongings, baggage, vehicles and other property of the Guest of any description shall be the risk of the Guest at all times. The Owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage thereto.

We recommend that the Guest takes out comprehensive holiday cancellation and protection insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances which may arise including accident, ill health or any other matters beyond the Guest's reasonable control, as once the booking has been made
and confirmed.

You and your party also agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to those residents in neighbouring properties.

The owner/manager of the apartment, or authorized personnel, may at any time access the apartment for the purpose of inspection of the apartment, and to carry out, cleaning, repair or maintenance work.

Loss of keys results in a fine of €20 per key lost.

All lights and appliances must always be switched off prior to leaving the apartment (with the exception of the fridge).

Of our 8 Airbnb places we stayed on this trip, this was certainly the worst. We also stayed a night in "apartment in city center" run by the 115 Strand hotel. This other apartment was worth 4 times the price of the Lawrence's place but was just a little more. Extra clean, extra modern, great location, wonderful service. Incidentally, the picture of the bay on the ad for Lawrence's apartment is not from the apartment building.

Lawrence was the best host He answered question I had about Malta before we left Texas Also picked us up at the airport,helped me find a store to buy a power adapter and showed us how to get to the grocery store. Took us back to the airport when we had to return to our real lives. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal. Easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants in several cities in our area.

What a wonderful stay!! From arrival, where Lawrence kindly greeted us at the airport, and gave us extensive tips to maximize our stay, to departure, Lawrence gave us just enough care to help make our trip great, without being intrusive. The flat was very well situated for exploring St. Julian's Bay and the neighboring areas on foot, and convenient for using our car to travel all around the island. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at here for a terrific experience! Thank you Lawrence!!

I spent two months in Lawrence's apartment and had a great time. The apartment is right in the centre of the popular town of St. Julian's, within walking distance to supermarkets, bus stops, restaurants and the seafront, but it's on a side street so there's not much traffic. The small café on the corner, Café Olé, is great, it's almost always crowded and for a good reason. Lawrence is a great host. He even picked me up at the airport and had stocked the kitchen with breakfast food for the first few mornings. He came over in just a couple if minutes when I needed help with something. I can easily recommend this place.

Lawrence was so kind and picked my friends and I up from the airport and drove us around Malta- pointing out the main sites in Valletta- until we arrived at the apartment in Saint Julian's. The apartment overall is very well located. It is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station where you can catch a bus to pretty much anywhere. We were able to take the bus to the Camino and Gozo ferries, and frequently took the bus into Valletta to go site seeing. Furthermore, the apartment is close to many really good restaurants in the St. Julian's area and is a 10-15 minute walk to Paceville, the main bar and party area. The rock beaches and promenade are also a 10 minute walk in the other direction. I would recommend this apartment to people who are looking for an affordable centrally located accommodation in Malta.
