Located in Downtown Logan WV just a 1/2 mile from the Bearwallow Hatfield McCoy Trail connector. Our 4 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps up to 10 people and sits on a spacious riverside lot where you can ride your ATV or do some fishing. We offer all the amenities of home including High Speed Internet, TV, Full Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, Outdoor Grill, Fire Pit, and water hose to clean ATVs. It doesn’t matter what brings you to town, we’ll go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your trip to our city.

When you stay with us you’ll have our entire riverbank property to use as your playground. Bring a fishing rod to do some fishing or bring a tent to camp out. Our place is unique because we’re located in the city but it feels like you’re in the country with our private riverside lot. In September 2021 we opened our private parking lot just 75 yards from the home which provides additional parking for large groups and oversized trailers. We’re also located within walking distance to “The Island” where many sports are played which makes it a great place to stay if you’re traveling to Logan for a game or tournament weekend. Please note that access to the riverbank portion of the property may be difficult for some guests that don’t have ATVs due to incline and uneven surface. Transportation via ATV may be provided by request to guests that need assistance.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we expect our guests to abide by our 10:00pm curfew for riding ATVs. Our city is ATV friendly so you can legally ride on the roads to numerous stores and restaurants including Wendy’s, McDonalds, Taco Bell, El Torito Mexican Restaurant, China Fortune, Chirico’s Italian, Giovanni’s Pizza, Tudors Biscuit World and many others. There is a gas station in town to fuel up and also a Dollar General. We’re just 4 miles from Walmart and 2 miles from Kroger. There is a propane grill on the deck for our guests to use.

Hey Guys! My name is Keno and I am a lifelong resident of Logan WV. My wife and I decided to convert our long-term rental home into a short term rental for Hatfield McCoy trail riders in the Summer of 2019 and we welcomed our first guests in September of 2019! I work for UPS and she works as a registered nurse. We have 4 kids and we all enjoy hitting the Hatfield McCoy Trails and kayaking the Guyandotte River which runs behind the house. Our oldest son Kade does tours of the trail system and can answer about any question you may have regarding the Hatfield McCoy trails. We are having a blast hosting people from all over the country and welcoming people to our hometown! You don’t have to be riding the trails to stay with us, whatever brings you to town we’ll go out of our way to make sure you have an enjoyable trip.
