Quiet street in Roath, very near cafes, bars and shops on Albany and Wellfield Road, and easy access to the centre of Cardiff and the Bay.
Ground floor small double room (fold out foam mattress can be provided for third person). Shared bathroom upstairs. Kettle and wifi and ideal for walking to the millenium stadium for the rugby!
We’re in Roath so easy access to the city centre (10 mins walk), the bay is a bus ride away. Roath Park 2 mins away – loads of stuff to see and do.
Very small single room also available for extra twenty pounds per night.
Access through front door and front part of the house downstairs, bathroom upstairs, no kitchen access unfortunately.
I prefer guests to be self sufficient, but am happy to help with questions about the area, public transport etc.
Small household, one partner, one son, one cat (who doesn't go in the guest room so shouldn't impact on allergies, but if yours is severe then this probably isn't ideal for you). Also this is a character terraced house with lots of original features (late 1890s), so if clean lines and contempory style is your thing then, again, this might not be the place for you. Having said all that, the guest room is simple and as uncluttered and clean as possible.
Just be respectful of our home, it's not a huge house, so ideally visitors should be as self contained as possible, we're a fairly quiet household so prefer quiet guests. No curfews or restricted bathroom hours.
one cat, one partner, one adult son living round the corner. Typical Cardiff terraced house, slightly tatty but clean and cosy. Currently taking bookings between Mondays & Thursdays.
