Tastefully appointed 2BR unit in well maintained low rise, quiet residential block now available for rent. Great location halfway between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach approximately 200 metres from beach. Available for short or long stays.
This self contained unit is clean and tastefully appointed, with fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms and small dining area. There is a balcony at the front overlooking the enclosed pool area, and a large outdoor entertaining area, perfect to enjoy a drink and a meal on a balmy evening.
The unit can sleep a maximum of 5 people, however is best suited to a family or 2 couples, with 1 Queen bed, 1 trio bunk bed (single at the top, double at the bottom) and the lounge suite opens into a double bed divan. All bed linen, pillows, doonas, blankets and bath towels are provided - guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
Guests will have full use of unit, including refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and DVD player,as well as an outdoor entertaining area and pool with child safe fencing
Guests have full use of the unit. Correspondence with guests is primarily via text and email.
Although we do invite stays of 2 nights, during peak periods a minimum stay of 3 or 5 nights are required (at other times we do require a 2 night minimum). Please contact us for specific details.
PLEASE NOTE: Pricing and availability has now been set for the upcoming Commonwealth Games in April 2018. The unit will be available from April 8 onwards and for this period we have invoked a 7 night minimum. Please contact us for further details.
We are committed to providing quality accommodation at reasonable prices for people to enjoy, and we ask for our guests assistance to achieve this. Fresh clean linen and towels are provided for the beds in the 2 bedrooms. Bath towels are not to leave the unit therefore guests are required to bring their own beach towels. An additional charge of $35 will be applied for more than 4 guests, depending on the linen used during the stay.
Please note we are a self contained unit - we are not a hotel. On arrival we aim to provide guests with basic items to commence their holiday, including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, paper towel and toilet paper, along with some other staples. If you finish any of these items during your stay, please replace them in consideration of the next guests.
Cleaning by a professional and trusted company is based on 2 people for 1 hour at the end of your stay. If longer than 1 hour cleaning is required at the end of your stay, any additional charge will be withdrawn from your security deposit. We have recently had some problems with small cockroaches, which are prolific in this part of Queensland and are not an indication of uncleanliness. The unit has been professionally sprayed and we hope this has eradicated the problem.
We do not provide WiFi, however there are many areas and shopping centres close by that have free WiFi access.
Due to it's size, the unit is best suited for a family (ie a couple and 2-3 children) or two couples. As we do not have child-proof locks on doors or cupboards and do not provide porta-cots or other baby items, it is up to parents to determine if our unit is suitable for young children (ie 3 - 4 under). For queries about the suitability of the unit for your children, please contact us to discuss further.

The block is home to many of the tenants, and guests are expected to respect this and behave accordingly. Unruly guests will be asked to leave with no refund payable.
* A security deposit is applicable to all bookings. Providing no damage has been done and there are no excessive cleaning fees, this will be cancelled within 48 hours of departure.
* Cleaning has been calculated at $100 based on cleaning provided by a trusted and professional cleaning company (2 people/1 hr). This charge also includes a linen cleaning service to ensure fresh linen is available on arrival for all guests. Additional charges will apply for any additional cleaning that is required

My sister and I own this unit on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. The Gold Coast has miles and miles of beautiful beaches, gorgeous sunshine as well as several great shopping precincts and 5 fabulous Theme Parks, so there is something for everyone.
We try to visit our unit as much as possible, but would love other people to enjoy it when we are not there. If you rent our apartment, you will have full use of the unit, and we request that you treat our 'home away from home' as if it were your home, and be considerate of our neighbours.
