Cozy&bright, and in the center of the city. Best location possible: 5min. walk from S.Marco square, Rialto Bridge is actually behind the corner. You can easily go to every destination from here by walking. Boatbus station nearby.
It was my home for almost all my life. It's a real, comfortable house with real space inside, not a tourist trap.
It has a kitchen with lots of facilities, new bathroom, bed linens and towels. There's a supermarket and a pharmacy at 20 mt. Absolutely clean. Come & see!
You will be in a handful position at the heart of Venice and near to every destination in the city. Sounds like an exaggeration, but it’s exactly what it is :). S. Marco Square in 5 min, Rialto Bridge in 2. Supermarket and a pharmacy at 20 min. A post office is nearby.
Is also near one of the main central boatbus station (RIALTO): so you are easy to come and go to Airport-Trainstation-Car Park.
I grew up in this house. I can assure you is a real house and not some garage renewed with luxury things just for turists.
The spaces are comfortable, and everything is practical and simple, clean. It's full of sunlight through the day.
You'll feel like at home. There are 2 sofas to chill, a big armoir, a lot of pots and pans to cook with. The new bathroom was made 2 years ago.
My wish is that you may find it comfortable as I did.
Unlike many other venetian houses, you'll have a lot of privacy: there is only one apartment downstairs and is the study of a notary.
By day there is a small amount of customers, in the evening it is not frequented at all.
You will be the only in the building, enjoy.
The reservation is for the entire house.
It will be a pleasure to give you some advice about the city and the lagoon.
Hidden spots, restaurants, how to avoid tourist traps, different paths, historical sites, traditional activities, sport, libraries: you name it.
I born here, so I know Venice pretty well.
I work, but you can always ask me through Airbnb chat.
Venice tourist regulations imposes some obligations in the turism domain. Both to the landlords and the guests.
For the sake of clarity, I would like to share some points with you:
•City tax: is based on your stay. It’s 1,50€ per person per night, up to a maximun of 5 nights.
It is charged on the turist and it is already included in your deposit.
•Lease contract: a formalization of the rent.
Is ruled by italian law: L. (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) “Disciplina delle locazioni e del rilascio degli immobili adibiti ad uso abitativo”.
Here is a reference in Venice’s City Hall’s website: (URL HIDDEN)
•Registration in the police station: for safety reasons, your identities must be told to the the Venice police station in 24h since your arrival.
To fasten the process, I kindly ask you to send me a front/back copy of your Identity card (if european cityzens) or of your passport (if non-european cityzens).
As you reserve the apartment, I will send you a copy of the contract.
I would kindly ask you to fill it out and sign it and postpone me a copy, along with the I.D.
You will receive a receipt for the rent and the city tax on the 2nd day of your stay, when Airbnb transfers the deposit.
I thank you for your understanding and availability, and your support to fair and regulated turism :)!
