Enjoy a quiet night in the countryside. The entire upstairs will be yours. We are located north of the city a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. We offer a peaceful refuge following a busy day exploring the sights, sounds and foods of boisterous Nashville. Our pricing includes the 14% hotel tax imposed by Metropolitan Nashville Government. No hidden changes. Only one guest party is booked into the space at a time so that your privacy is protected .
The entire second floor of our home is available for guests. There are three private bedrooms, one bathroom for guests and a common area/ a tv room with cable for sports enthusiasts. We are family friendly! Two rooms are situated with queen beds, and a third room with twin beds in a cowboy-themed setting make the space perfect for spreading out. If you are just a couple, or by yourself, the remaining rooms will not be booked so that you may enjoy privacy. We are 20 minutes from the heart of Music City. Close enough to honky tonk and sightsee, but remote enough to relax and enjoy a slower pace. The side porch is your own entrance and also a lovely place to enjoy a beverage.
We have one enthusiastic dachshund who will greet you and then pretend you don't exist. Two beautiful Buff Orpington hens free range on the property and provide us with fresh eggs. Permit # (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
There is plenty of parking on the premises. When you arrive please park on the right side of the yard under the shaded area and use the side walk and steps.
A den with library books, cable TV, mini fridge and comfy recliner is available for guests.
Wireless internet connection works well.
This space does not include access to cooking in our kitchen. There is a mini fridge and you may use the microwave in our kitchen.
We share our enthusiasm for Nashville with those guests who encourage it. We offer tips on restaurants, honky-tonks, music and civil war sites, as well as places to avoid.
We are available by cell or text to help if your should find yourself in need of assistance.
Animals live on the premises. If you are traveling with elderly or small folks please notice the stairs that are involved in accessing your rooms.
We provide a mini fridge but not kitchen access.
