This is a charming little studio cottage in the heart of Nashville! Two miles from downtown and a block from Nashville's best local coffee shop, this is the perfect alternative to a hotel. Neighborhood charm right in the center of everything!
This is a little cottage behind my house. With a keen eye for detail, I've decorated this space to feel modern with homespun, European (and Southern, of course) charm. Full bathroom, daybed with trundle (two twin beds), cable TV, fridge, microwave, convention oven, Keurig coffee machine - all in the charming Sylvan Park neighborhood, one of Nashville's IT places to live. I also allow pets for a $25 charge. Please add as an extra guest if you are bringing a pet. This will ensure the charge. If this is not added I will subtract $40 from security fee or you can pay at time of check in. I allow more than one pet on a case by case basis.
I live in the house in front of this cottage and will be readily available with any questions or suggestions of places to eat and see in Nashville. Easy in/out access and separated by a picket fence from my main home.
I love to meet new people. I'm happy to give you suggestions for places to go and, if time allows in our schedules, we can have a glass of wine on my screened in porch. I'll interact as much or as little as my guest prefers.
Be mindful to look at parking instructions, they will ensure you don't park on my neighbors property. Also, when throwing away garbage, make sure to use garbage and recycling cans IN THE ALLEYWAY. The ones in the gravel lot next door are my neighbors.
I charge a minimal cleaning fee, so please leave the place tide. There is no sink in the kitchen so I do ask that if you decide to cook, eat leftovers, etc and cleaning is beyond using the bathroom sink, please text me and I can get your dishes and wash them in the main house, no problem, and return them to you.

I am from Nashville, TN and used to be in the music industry. Now I am a psychotherapist and a writer. I'm also a foodie, an interior designer wanna-be, a traveler and I love hosting people and helping them out as much (or as little) as possible. I know the value of having a local contact in a foreign place.
