I am so suprised and deceived by your comment. You are the only unsatisfied tenant since we rent, ie since July 2015. This is the first time that the number of piece is not understood, especially since the word "studio" that you call me not to use, appears 3 times on the advertisement in French and 2 times on the announcement in English. None of the rentals to 4 people complained before you the size of the studio, especially since some even wanted to accommodate 5 people ... I really could not be present either on arrival at 3:30 pm initially scheduled at 2 pm or your departure at 7 am initially scheduled at 10 am due to your last minute changes because I had organized to be there at the hours you indicated. Now, as a mother of a second little girl since July 1st, it was difficult for me this year to organize myself to be present after last minute changes of tenants with a baby a few weeks to manage. On the other hand, I was available and listened to by email, sms and telephone. I just enjoyed our exchanges which surprise me all the more read your dissatisfaction. During these first exchanges it would have been pertinent of you to tell me that the studio was too small to your taste, we could indeed find a solution. I leave in a closet all the documentation of the Tourist Office on the Pradet and the surroundings, and as I indicated, if necessary I was listening to you by phone, mail or SMS and my parents to your disposal at 2 min walk from the studio. Also, I do housekeeping between each rental (including under all furniture) and I have always been congratulated on the cleanliness of the accommodation, I really do not understand your suggestion about the grounds. On the other hand, I would also have liked you to tell me the broken glass and the bowl, the pen strokes on the desk and the sheets stained with felt. (single sheet defeats to hide it well) I think it is "normal" to break dishes or lightly damage the studio, I have never rigorously tended to any tenant, for that I appreciate a frankness of the tenants in return. But in view of your actions you have none. With regard to the dirty dishes in the sink of the previous days and the smell of garbage that you have not pulled out, this is called education.
