Modern, well maintained, spacious, over 2,500 sq ft private semi-detached 4 bedroom (3 bathroom), with stunning views over the whole of Dublin bay, leafy sunny garden
This modern family home is private behind an electronic gate. It has four bedrooms (3 double and 1 single (comfortably sleeps 7 although there is an extra pull out bed in the single room for an extra charge), three bathrooms, a kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, conservatory, utility room, large entertainment room, gardens front and rear and sunny patio. It is ideally situated for walking to the beach, several villages and a main town, has spectacular views over the whole of Dublin Bay and is extremely well equipped to a very high standard. It a stones throw to a convenience store which is open until 11pm and there are two takeaways across the road also – ideal if you don’t feel like cooking on holidays! As it’s a family home it has everything you could need to make your vacation just perfect.
The entire property is available to rent. Three car park spaces, in front of the house, in private area, professionally landscaped front and rear gardens are sunny, and not overlooked, with leafy hedges allowing total privacy and stunning views. There’s an outside washing line, BBQ, Dining table, 6 chairs, sun loungers on the patio area.
Interaction with guests is on arrival to greet them and usually on departure
We accept a minimum stay of 3 nights. The property is lived in and has some personal clothes in two of the four bedrooms. There are also some food stuffs in the kitchen for my guests enjoyment.
Guests are expected to treat the property as they would their own and leave it the way it is when they arrive (ie clean and tidy)
Well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement
No smoking is allowed inside the property
