So the room is a large bedroom with a double bed and chest of draws. The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher. The bathroom has a full powered shower with a washing machine. The lounge has a television with a sofa bed. The lounge is connected to a balcony. Non-smoking inside however you can smoke on the balcony.
The tram (75 and 48) is a 5 minute walk to Bridge Road and takes 20 minutes to get to the CBD. The train station is a 10-15 minute walk to Hawthorn train station.
